Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At NextDaySneakers, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or refund according to the guidelines below.

2. 30-Day Return Window

You may return most products within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused and in original, resellable condition.
  • Original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included.
  • The product must not show signs of wear, dirt, or damage.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or intentionally damaged.
  • Products marked as Clearance or Final Sale.
  • Items returned without original box or packaging.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will fully cover the return shipping cost.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • A short description of the problem
Important: Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for free replacement or refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective or incorrect.
  • The wrong item or size was shipped by our team.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear depending on your bank.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

To exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color):

  • Contact us first to check availability.
  • Ship the original item back to us.
  • Your replacement will be sent once the return is received and inspected.
